We are thrilled that you chose Harwell Godfrey for yourself or a loved one. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

Refunds, Return & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Harwell Godfrey's discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

Personalized or custom items are always final sale. 

Repairs and caring for your jewelry

Crystals/stones and handmade jewelry are fragile by nature and will break if not treated with care. If a crystal is broken in the shipping process please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. After that time, it will be assumed that a broken piece was caused by the wearer and is therefore the responsibility of the wearer and a refund will not be issued.  

Please care for your crystal or stone by wearing it carefully. Hold your crystal close to you and protect it when bending over or coming into contact with a hard surface. Also be sure to take off all Harwell Godfrey jewelry when coming into contact with water – this includes bathing, swimming and heavy rain.  If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@harwellgodfrey.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair. 


Shipping, Taxes & Duties

We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@harwellgodfrey.com

Shipping is free within the United States via FedEx, and packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Shipping to Canada is a flat $45 fee. 


Every item on harwellgodfrey.com is handmade and will ship in 1-2 days from purchase. 


State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to California. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
