REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGES

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Harwell Godfrey's discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

Made to order, personalized or custom items are always final sale. 

 


REPAIRS

All Harwell Godfrey jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@harwellgodfrey.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair. 

 

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@harwellgodfrey.com

Shipping is free within the United States via FedEx. Shipping to Canada is a flat $45 fee.  

State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to California. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
